As you’ve seen here on this blog I love to cook from scratch, however this week we used box kits and added sausage, onions, bell peppers to 2 kinds of Zatarain’s Jambalaya. One is the traditional rice with the other being the curly noodle Jambalaya.
I also peeled and cubed up a cucumber, cut up a third of a green pepper adding salt and pepper along with a shake of each Italian Seasoning and Mrs. Dash, stirring it all together and keeped it cold. Yum
We like French Cut canned green beans adding S&P to taste with a little EVOO. Canned corn with only S&P and the same with sliced carrots.
The guys liked the noodle jambalaya the best while I preferred the rice. It was great overall.
