I took the easy way out and bought a double pack of pizza crusts & a jar of pizza sauce. For each pizza I just halved the sauce pouring evenly over crust and began the toppings. Turkey is just strips of white meat and Turkey bacon with cheese on top, and Veggie has yes, you guessed it, 1/3 Red, Yellow, Orange and Green bell peppers cut in strips, 1 onion and a tomato peeled and wedged, cheese on top again. Baked both according to package directions and a few extra minutes. Finished product. Oh My Goodness. We each had 2 pieces only for lunch then 2 pieces each for supper, now if I had NOT insisted on this it would have been gone in one sitting. We just added some chips with the pizza and some water to drink. It was a great day before Mother’s Day meal or two.
